This consulting business was born out of Dr. Vivian’s passion for helping individuals and organizations to find tools and solutions to help them to navigate life and business. She has been doing this work long before receiving her MBA in Management, and a PhD in Business Psychology with an emphasis on consulting.
As Dr. V navigated her PhD journey she discovered that many Black churches, and most small to medium nonprofit organizations were never exposed to tools and resources to run like a business.
